Kerala Fish curry is one of the best fish dishes from Kerala, Everyone who has tasted it atleast once will love it forever.The Kerala fish curry is very much connected to the South Indian Traditional cooking using pots and the spices available in these part of the country.

INGREDIENTS:
Fish (Seer fish) 150 gms
Coconut 1/4 no
Oil 20 ml
Onion 40 gms
Tomato slices 25 gms
Ginger 10 gms
Chilly powder 15 gms
Coriander powder 15 gms
Big Chilly 2 gms
Turmeric powder 2 gms
Fenugreek 5 gm
Tamarind 15 gms
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 5 gms
Garlic 2 gms

1.Cut and clean the fish.
2.Apply turmeric power and lemon juice.
3.Take oil in a pan and heat it.
4.Add curry leaves,chilly,garlic,onion,ginger and fenugreek.
5.Add masala powders and mix well
6.Add second round of cocunut milk
7.Add the fish to the heated pan
8.Add tomato
9.Add tamarind paste ,salt for taste10.When ready add first round of coconut milk
11.Serve when fish is cooked.
